Production steps for Klein & Rose Neon Sign
This is a LED Signature Logo for Klein & Rose Advertising GmbH.
During the design stage modular tiles to be arranged either vertically or horizontally were envisioned. This leaves freedom to mount the LED logo in different ways. A vertical arrangement may be used in large office windows. A horizontal arrangement may be more useful for logo representation on stages or bars.
The color-range of the LEDs will be full-RGB for each LED. This will enable colorful animations within the whole LED logo sign.
Lasercut acrylic glas is used as background for the LED tubes.
The aluminium clips can be seen on the picture. They will hold the LED tubes. The LED tubes are then cut and glued at sharp angles.
The final assembly comprises three individual letter modules that can be arranged in a vertical or horizontal line-up. In the pictures the horizontal arrangement is shown with different color presets.
